PETITIONER/ACCUSED ABOVE NAMED

1) The Respondent/Complainant had registered a case against


the petitioners for the alleged offences under Sec.294 (B), 323, of IPC and 7
& 8 of POCSO Act in respect of the above case. This Hon’ble court has
granted bail in favour of the petitioner on 04.06.2024 with a condition to
report before the respondent daily at 10.30 A.M. until further orders.

2) The petitioners/Accused’s are scrupulously abiding the above


said condition, without fail, from the date of 21.06.2024 .

3) The petitioners/Accused’s are innocent and he has not


committed any offence whatsoever.

4) The petitioners/Accused’s are law-abiding citizen hailing from


respectable family and he will not abscond anywhere.

5) The petitioners/Accused’s are the only sole bread winner of


their familys and their presence is very essential in their family.
6) Hence it is just and necessary to relax condition fully imposed
upon the petitioners/accused or otherwise the petitioner/accused will be put
into great hardship and irreparable loss.
WHEREFORE, it is prayed that this Honorable Court may be
pleased to relax the condition fully imposed upon the petitioner/accused in
Cr. No. 19 /2024 dated and thus render justice.
