Provisional results of undergraduate examinations of Semester VI (Freshers)
and Repeaters Semesters IV & VI held in May/June 2023, have been published.
VI semester (Freshers) can access their results by logging onto the PACIFYCA
STUDENT LOGIN. The Results of Repeaters of IV & VI Semesters are available on the
college website (www.staloysius.edu.in).
Candidates who desire to apply for Photo Copy, Revaluation & Rejection of
results are required to submit the application in the prescribed format at the specified
counter. Applications are available in respective counters mentioned below.
NOTE:
1. The last date for applying for the above provision will not be extended
in any circumstance.
2. In case students have inconvenience in personally visiting the College
office, they are permitted to send an authorized person to apply for the
above provisions.
3. The provisional results of B.Voc programmes will be announced on 29th
June, 2023.

Note:
 The application form & Challan copy are available in the respective offices.
 The prescribed amount shall be paid in South Indian Bank SAC Extn counter
through a challan and then submit the application at the specified counter.
 Please attach the challan copy to the application.
 There is no revaluation facility with regard to projects and practical examinations.
 For rejection of result, please read the regulations displayed on the notice board.
 Candidates who have applied for the photo copy of the answer scripts are
expected to collect it from respective counters on 7th July 2023.

Instruction to Candidates
1. It should be noted that there is no provision for revaluation of answer papers in
Practical Examinations, Internal Assessments, Project Report, Dissertations,
Thesis, and Viva-Voce. Revaluation is permitted only for Theory Papers.
2. Application without the required information / the payment of prescribed fee will
be rejected.
3. All Application should be forwarded through the specified counters.
4. Candidates are required to note that once the candidate applies for Photo copy /
revaluation / rejection of results, he / she shall not be permitted to withdraw his
/ her application.
5. Refund of Revaluation Application money:
In case the Candidate secures 10 or more marks than the central
valuation, 50% of the application money will be refunded to such
candidate provided the claim is made within 7 days from the date of
publication of the result.

THE REGULATIONS REGARDING REJECTION OF RESULTS:


1. A candidate may be permitted to reject the result of the whole examination of any
semester. Rejection of result paper-wise / subject-wise is not permitted. A candidate who
has rejected the result shall appear for examination conducted immediately following
regular examination of the semester concerned.
2. The rejection shall exercised only once in each semester and the rejection once exercised
cannot be revoked.
3. Application for rejection along with the payment of the prescribed fee shall be submitted
to the Registrar (Evaluation) together with the original statement of marks within 30
days from the date of publication of the result.
4. A candidate who rejects the result is eligible for only class and not ranking.
