Descrip on:

To advise and assist users on how they can gain more insight in their data and processes to op mize their business by using
Oracle cloud ERP integra on, extension and repor ng tools, handle the technical requirements during implementa on projects
and provide ad-hoc consultancy services for exis ng users during the lifecycle.

Responsibili es:
 Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion technical consul ng services by ac ng as subject ma er expert and assist clients
through the implementa on lifecycle for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
 Advise client on op ons, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
 Troubleshoot issues on Configura on of the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion
 Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and applica on extensions for Oracle
HCM Cloud Fusion projects
 Develop reports, interfaces, etc. based on exis ng client requirements
 Assist in the development and execu on of security and valida on strategies for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
Assist client in preparing valida on scripts, tes ng scenarios and develop test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion
project
 Support clients with the execu on of test scripts
 Validate configura on and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion modules
 Complete tasks efficiently and in a mely manner
 Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and
applica on extensions
 Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
 Share knowledge to con nually improve implementa on methodology for Oracle

Required Qualifica ons


 Strong Oracle HCM Domain Knowledge.
 Technical background across all HCM modules specially Core HR, Talent Management, Absence, Compensa on,
Benefits, Learning
 Strong Experience in Data Migra on/Integra on designing/Execu on/Delivery.
 Proficient in analyzing and transla ng business requirements to technical requirements and architecture.
 Extensive Techno Func onal experience with analysis, design, development, customiza ons, and implementa on of
so ware applica ons specially Oracle HCM technology.
 Have experience as Technical resource for SAAS cloud model.
 Strong Experience on Data Conversion and Conversion strategy with clients.
 Technical Integra on experience for Oracle HCM cloud including HCM Extract and API’s from Oracle to implement third
party integra on.
 Hands on Experience in Data Loading Tools like HDL Data Loader, Spreadsheets Data Loader
 Repor ng experience to create/debug reports/create dashboards with extensive exposure of BIP and OTBI
 Strong experience to setup FTP/SFTP to shake hand between HCM system and other system to send or receive data files
for larger integra on scope.
 Extensive Experience on Fast formula customiza on/Implementa on and execu on for different HCM modules
requirements like Benefit/Core HR/compensa on/Performance
 Cloud-to-Cloud Migra on experience

Top Mandatory Skills:


 -Good Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules (Core HR, Recrui ng, Payroll, Benefits, Absences & OTL, Talent
& Performance management, Compensa on, HR Help Desk)
 -Oracle HCM, Troubleshoo ng and maintenance to the system.
 - Validate configura on and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion modules.
 -Excellent Communica on Skills
 -Educa on/qualifica on: Bachelor’s degree
 -No ce Period: Immediate Joiners (Preferred)/serving no ce period.
 *Working model: looking for candidates from Chennai or a nearby loca on who can work in a hybrid mode.
