Option 1:
Hello everyone,
My name is [Your name] and I'm excited to be joining the team as an intern. I am a [Your current education status]
majoring in [Your subject] and I will be working with all of you for the duration of this internship. I am very excited to be
here today.
Talking about myself, when I'm not studying or working, I enjoy pursuing my hobbies and passions. I'm an avid reader and
love to explore different genres of literature. I also enjoy traveling and experiencing new cultures. Recently, I have
developed an interest in learning new languages and I'm currently learning Spanish.
I was particularly interested in this internship because of the vast learning that would come out of it. I have also been
following the company’s profile on LinkedIn and have really liked the content that is posted there. I have always been
interested in social media and writing and I believe that this internship will provide me with an opportunity to learn and
develop new skills in this field. I also had a chance to work as an intern at Marketing Ninjas in the past, where I learned a
lot about social media marketing and copywriting.
An interesting fact about me is that I have a blog named “Everything Marketing” where I write about the latest marketing
tools and techniques. This has allowed me to connect with a lot of people and made me a confident individual.
I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you and learning from your experiences. Thank you for having me on the
team!
Option 2:
Hello everyone! My name is [Your name] and I'm excited to be here on the first day of college. As for an interesting fact
about myself, I've actually traveled to 12 different cities in India and I'm always looking to add more to the list! I love
immersing myself in new cultures and experiencing different ways of life.
As for my hometown, I come from a small town in the countryside where the main industry is agriculture. However, what
makes it unique is that every year we have a "corn festival" where the town comes together to celebrate the harvest
season with a parade, live music, and of course, lots of delicious corn-themed food!
Lastly, something I aspire to do is to become fluent in at least two more languages. I believe that being able to
communicate with people from different backgrounds is so important, and language is such a powerful tool for connection.
I've already started learning Spanish and I hope to add French to the mix soon.
Thank you for listening and I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you!
