Overall Reflection:
Formatted: Justified
From the early weeks leading to the middle of my internship, I find it difficult to do the
tasks since everything was new to me even though the things I had to do were simple enough, I
was just very nervous, afraid that I might make an irreversible mistake. However, I took my time
to learn thoroughly and I made progress, after some time, I was confident enough to finish tasks
efficiently and neatly, I was also able to assist in certain events like Trick or Treat, Employee’s
Awarding, and our Christmas party. I successfully finished tasks assigned to me and left a good
mark in my time as an industrial intern, I made good connections with my superiors and other staff
as well as learn new things that only happens in specific setups in various HR departments. The
experience expanded my knowledge and opened my mind to new possibilities especially on how
to handle employee’s concerns. Though my tasks were still the same until my last day but listening
to my superiors handle phone calls and employees coming to the HR office to convey their
concerns, I managed to get ideas on how I should properly accommodate people’s questions,
concerns, clarification, etc. regarding on important matters.
