DAY 2: SISSU VALLEY - ATAL TUNNEL - SOLANG VALLEY

DAY 3: ARRIVAL AT KASOL CAMPS

Visit - Checkout From Manali and Depart for Kasol
On the way stop at Kullu for Rafting and Paragliding (Self Paid)

 DETAILED ITINERARY

DAY 0: DEPARTURE | OVERNIGHT JOURNEY

Departure from Delhi at 6:00 - 8:00 PM and reach Manali the

next morning.
(Final Departure timing will be shared in the WhatsApp group)
Pit stop for dinner at any decent roadside hotel.

DAY 1: MANALI LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

Check in to the Hotel, freshen up & and relax.

Places to Visit – Hadimba Temple, Mall Road & Old Manali cafe.
Dinner is followed by a briefing for the next day & and overnight
sleep.
DAY 2: SISSU VALLEY - ATAL TUNNEL - SOLANG VALLEY

Wake up in the morning, Freshen up, and have breakfast.

Enjoy the snow at Sissu Valley Snow Point (i.e. Snow point at
Atal Tunnel North Portal Exit), Atal Tunnel, and Solang Valley.
Full day enjoy in snow do some adventure activities (self-paid)
Return to Hotel

NOTE:
Jogini Waterfall can be covered if time permits.

In case the Route of Rohtang, Atal Tunnel, and Sissu Valley gets closed due to heavy
snowfall or road blockage then our Vehicle will go till Police Barricade (your Safety is
our top Priority), We don't provide secondary vehicle for same.
Snow availability depends on weather conditions.
DAY 3: ARRIVAL AT KASOL CAMP
Wake up with the beautiful sight in front of your eyes.
Have a delicious breakfast at the hotel and then depart for Kasol.
On the way stop at Kullu/Bhuntar Rafting and Paragliding spot
for activities (Self-Paid).
Have Dinner. Overnight stay in Kasol Swiss camps.
Music Night and Bonfire (Subject to Rain)

Note: At the River rafting/Paragliding spot halt, other passengers have to wait for the
members to come back who will go for activities, then the Traveller will depart for Kasol.
DAY 4: MANIKARAN GURUDWARA AND KASOL
Have breakfast and Checkout from the camp.
Visit Manikaran Gurudwara and Kasol market.
By evening 4 pm depart from Kasol.
Reach the respective location next morning i.e on DAY 5.

SHARING PATTERN

Quad sharing: 4 members in 1 room (With extra Mattress)

Triple sharing: 3 members in 1 room.
Double sharing: 2 members in 1 room.

Note: The Quad/Triple sharing option is a cost-effective accommodation arrangement. In

Quad sharing, three people share one double bed, while the fourth person sleeps on a
separate mattress, and In Triple sharing, three people share one double bed. It's a budget-
friendly option for the groups or travelers looking to split costs.

BOOKING PROCESS
Book your seats by depositing an advance of Rs.2,000 per person
and the rest have to be paid while boarding the traveler.

Receipt of the booking amount will be sent to you via WhatsApp as
a soft copy

INCLUSIONS
All transportation: Force traveler
Driver Night Charges, Toll Tax, Parking Charges, etc.
Dedicated Tour Guide throughout the trip
Stay for 3 nights - 2 nights in a hotel in Manali, 1-night Kasol Swiss
camps.
A total of 6 meals – 1 meal on Day 1 (D) + 2 meals on Day 2 (B+D) +
2 meals on Day 3 (B+D) +1 meal on Day 4 (Bf).

EXCLUSIONS
Your return expenses if you cancel your trip midway.
Adventure activities i.e. rafting, paragliding, snow skiing.
Anything not mentioned in the inclusions.
Heater, Trekking Poles, Boots, Jackets, etc.
 NOTEs
Respect FEMALE co-passengers:-Any misbehaving with female co-passengers will lead to
the termination of your trip without any refund. You will be expelled from the group trip,
and the company will not be responsible for any costs associated with your removal.
In case of any breakdown or in delay due to the breakdown of the transport on the way, you
would have to wait until the transport gets repaired.
We are not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program due to traffic, road
construction, or bad weather.
Full Payment of the trip cost must be made while boarding the traveler. Pending Payments
may eventually lead to the Cancellation of the trip without a booking amount refund.
Seating in the traveler will be totally our call since we have to make sure couples get adjacent
seats, failing to comply with our request will result in the cancellation of the trip of that
person without any refund.
If, due to any unforeseen circumstances, such as Road blockage/Landslide, the trip gets
extended for a day or two days, we will not be responsible for the trip extension cost which
includes Transportation, Stay, Food, and other cost if any.
The air conditioner will be turned off in the hilly regions and also during the winter season
(November-March).
We kindly request that you arrive punctually for meals at the accommodation, as our hotel
staff may not be able to entertain latecomers with their service.
In case of a heavy rush and traffic at Rohtang/Sissu/Snow Point, members may have to start
the day early in the morning to cover the place properly. For this, you may have to skip
breakfast on that day and have to manage breakfast by yourself.
The batch date can not be changed once the booking is confirmed.
Choosing a traveling vehicle (Tempo Traveler/Volvo) will be a management call according to
the number of members in the batch.
If any member of a group cancels and does not confirm their absence before 48 hours of the
boarding time, then other members of that group have to take responsibility for his full
pending payment at boarding.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accidents, sickness, loss due
to theft, or any other reason. Guests are advised to seek such insurance in advance.
Management shall not be responsible for any missing items during the trip.
We request not to travel with heavy luggage.

NOTE FOR JAIPUR MEMBERS

In the Jaipur trip, Jaipur to Delhi (to and fro) will be in a Deluxe
Goldline AC bus and the rest will be in traveller.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancellations are made 15 days before the start date of the trip,
50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made 15-7 days before the start date of the
trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-7 days before the start date of
the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation
fees.
