Writing Test

Choose one of the following topics to write about. Write at least five sentences.

• What types of books/reading materials do you like and dislike and why?

• Discuss your reading habits.

I have a habit of reading books at night, before going to bed, because this is

when I feel most relaxed. I often read books about psychology, personal development or classic novels because they

bring me a sense of excitement and help expand my knowledge. Reading paper books is my hobby, but sometimes I also

use e-books for more convenience when on the go. I always aim to read at least one book a month to maintain this habit.

In addition, I like to note down good ideas from books to apply in daily life.

Speaking Test

Talk about your favorite book. It can be one you read recently or one you read when you
were younger. Tell the name of the book and who wrote it. Tell what the book is about.
Finally, tell why you like it.

One of my favorite books is "The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho. The book tells the
story of the shepherd Santiago's journey to find the treasure in his dream. Along the
way, Santiago meets many people and experiences valuable lessons about life, love,
and how to listen to the voice of the heart. The book contains many profound
philosophies about pursuing dreams and the meaning of patience and faith. I love
this book because it not only inspires but also helps me realize the value of living
each moment to the fullest and believing in yourself. This is a work that I always
want to re-read whenever I feel lost in life.
