The conclusion of this study emphasizes that religious moderation is the key to
maintaining harmony in the life of a pluralistic Indonesian society, especially in the
midst of challenges in the form of protests and interreligious conflicts. Education is an
important foundation in building inclusive understanding, instilling the values of

tolerance, and encouraging interfaith dialogue. The adoption of religious moderation

ideals needs to be accomplished not only in the formal curriculum but also via practical
examples in the family, community, and religious organizations. In the real-life setting,
religious moderation should be understood as a tool to bridge divides, not
create segregation. Therefore, a modern approach based on interactive dialogue, the
use of technology for the spread of virtuous values, and the establishment of a digital
platform that supports interfaith education is needed. This approach is not only logical
but also relevant to be accepted by all groups, both in social and academic life, in order
to create a more peaceful, just, and prosperous Indonesian society.
