NEEDS The participants' individual needs and skill gaps, which must be
ASSESSMENT addressed, are as follows:
1. Gauge their ability to identify business opportunities, manage
resources and understand market trends
2. Equip livelihood skills to ALS learners that align with current
market demands and local community needs

PROGRAM ALS learners, many of whom have had limited access to formal
DESCRIPTION education, often face challenges in securing stable employment.
Livelihood training equips them with practical skills, such as technical
know-how, entrepreneurship, or vocational capabilities, that increase
their chances of self-sufficiency and economic independence. This
empowers them to support themselves and their families, breaking the
cycle of poverty.

SESSION This Division training program aims to:


OBJECTIVES
a. To impart relevant livelihood skills to ALS learners that align
with current market demands and local community needs,
b. To equip ALS learners with practical knowledge and hands-on
experience to enhance their employability and entrepreneurial
capabilities; and
c. To enhance learners' ability to create and sustain their
livelihood opportunities.
