SUBJECT : Progress Report Re: Robbery Incident

DATE : March 2, 2024

1. References:
a. Blotter Entry No. 093968-202408-001 and;
b. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

2. On or about 3:00 pm of February 24, 2024, this station received a report from a concerned
citizen informing that a robbery incident transpired at Duterte Street, Purok Makiangayon, Santa Lucia
District, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur.

3. The victim identified as one (1) John Louie Anito y Goyha, 22 years old, male, single, student, Filipino
and a resident of Purok Makiangayon, Santa Lucia District, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur.Reported
in this office that was robbed, a man furiously took his one (1) unit “Iphone 15” cellular phone worth
Sixty Thousand Pesos (60,000) and one (1) piece of green wallet with cash amounting to Ten Thousand
Pesos (Php10,000.00).

4. A concerned citizen who help the victim revealed that he saw the suspect entered the billiard
hall while he was playing alone, he named the suspect as Francis a known thief in their place nearby
barangay. In throrough investigation the suspect complete identity is Francis Bulagao y Segodan, 33 years
old, Male, Single, Jobless, Filipino citizen, residing at Purok Bearbrand, Gatas, District, Pagadian City,
Zamboanga Del Sur.

5. In connection with the above reference, request be informed that the PNP looked at the
whereabouts of the suspect and he is now temporarily detained at Pagadian City Police Station.

6. He is now detained at Pagadian Police Station for proper case disposition while case of robbery
under article 293 of Revised Penal Code is now being prepared.

7. Final report will follow.
