Reverse Engineering your KPI’s

Starting with the end in mind with the revenue level that you
want to achieve for your business monthly

Example:

10k months with a $1500 3 month program

More than likely over 50% of your clientele will be on


payment plans so we will plan the math from
$500/month

Therefore 10,000/500 = 20 clients

To get 20 clients over the next 13 weeks

20/13 = 2 clients per week (round up)

No we know we need to get 2 clients per week to


have 10k months by the end of the 13 weeks

2) Hedging your metrics

There are 2 main things you can control for the marketing and
sales of your business VOLUME and SKILL

In a completely optimized funnel we see 40% conversion


at the base and 50%-60% in top of funnel

As you go through the CCI program to dial in your branding,


marketing, conversation and sales systems (SKILL) you may find
that your funnel is performing higher than this level. Especially if
you have high quality nurturing

This 40% level should be the target and baseline you aim to
achieve in your LOOP

However in the beginning of the program when your SKILL may
not be at its highest and your LOOP method is not optimized it
may be beneficial to hedge your efforts on a 20% base of funnel
and 40% top of funnel
