2. Facts of the Case: The crime scene was discovered by Mary Cruz, a
lawful occupant of the alleged robbed house who immediately alerted the
authorities. Upon their arrival, immediately secured the scene and began
investigating. Broken glasses were scattered inside the house near the window, an
acer laptop, iPhone 15 pro max , and a gold wristwatch all worth approximately
P200,000 was allegedly stolen by an unknown suspect. Preliminary observation
shows signs of force entry in the house using a palm size stone to break the sliding
window.
