 GLIMPSES OF SHORe ‘24

SHORe Fest 2024, held from February 2-4 at

GITAM University in Visakhapatnam, was a
vibrant celebration of technology, culture, and
sports, centered on Sustainable Development
Goals like gender equality and wellness. Drawing
over 10,000 attendees, the festival featured 60+
events, including a 48-hour hackathon, cultural
performances, sports competitions, and SHORe
Talks. A special Wellness Zone offered mental
health workshops, while Gitphin, the dolphin
mascot, symbolized marine conservation. With a
dedicated team of 250 volunteers, SHORe Fest
2024 set a new benchmark for engaging and
socially-conscious events.

world’s greatest challenges: Climate Change and
