MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT : SDO After Inspection Report

DATE : August 24, 2024

1. Reference: Enhanced Managing Police Operations.


2. This pertains to the random inspection conducted by Red Team led by
PCPT MARKWILLE PALMA ORTOLA, duty SDO together with PCpl Marissa D
Agagon, duty red team and PSSg John Paolo Magos, Duty Driver at different Police
Stations, Fixed Posts, Custodial Facilities and PCPs to check the preparedness and
alertness of personnel.

3. In this regard, the following are the results/observation noted by the


inspecting team on Stations, Sub Stations, Fixed Points and Custodial Facilities
indicated herein during the inspection to wit:

a. Imus CCPS Custodial Facility, Imus, Cavite (3:05PM, August 24, 2024)

 Two personnel on duty were present during the time of inspection;


 SDO also inspected the custodial facility of the said station and all
PUPCs were accounted. (Dorm 1=43, Dorm 2=30)

“Sa Bagong Pilipinas, Ang gusto ng Pulis, Ligtas Ka!”


b. Anabu 2- District Intersection, Imus, Cavite (3;57 PM, August 24,
2024)

 Two (2) personnel were present during the time of inspection;


 They were reminded to be vigilant while performing their duties and
always observe “Tamang Bihis”.

c. General Trias Component City Police Station, Gen Trias, Cavite


(4:45PM, August 24, 2024)

 SDO conducted inspection and accounting of the duty personnel,


five (5) personnel were present during the time of inspection; and
 They were reminded to be vigilant while performing their duties and
always observe “Tamang Bihis”.

d.

General Trias CCPS Custodial Facility, Gen Trias, Cavite (4:53 PM,
August 24, 2024)

 Two (2) personnel on duty are present during the time of inspection;
 SDO also inspected the custodial facility of the said station and all
PUPCs were accounted. (Male=90, Female=6)

“Sa Bagong Pilipinas, Ang gusto ng Pulis, Ligtas Ka!”


e. Brgy. Tejeros Convention Outpost, Rosario, Cavite (5:11 PM, August
24, 2024)

 SDO conducted inspection at the said outpost;


 SDO noted that only one (1) personnel were present during the
inspection;
 SDO noted that the duty personnel observes LOI “Tamang Bihis” and
vigilant in the performance of duty;

f. Rosario Municipal Police Station (5:16 PM, August 24, 2024)

 SDO conducted inspection and accounting to the duty personnel; and


 Three (3) personnel were only present during the said inspection
because some of their personnel were conducting patrolling and
they were reminded that they should be in a “Buddy-buddy” System
when conducting duty outside the station.

g. Brgy.Poblacion, Rosario, Cavite (5:29PM, August 24, 2024)

 Three (3) personnel were on duty conducting police visibility;


 All duty personnel were on “Tamang Bihis” and vigilant while in
duty;

“Sa Bagong Pilipinas, Ang gusto ng Pulis, Ligtas Ka!”


h.

Rosario MPS Custodial Facility, Rosario, Cavite (5:34 PM, August 24,
2024)

 One (1) duty personnel were present during the time of inspection;
 SDO also inspected the custodial facility of the said station and all
PUPCs were accounted. (Male=66, Female=4)

i. Brgy. Ligtong 3 Fixed Post, Rosario, Cavite (5:50 PM, August 24,
2024)

 Two (2) personnel were


present during the inspection;
and

“Sa Bagong Pilipinas, Ang gusto ng Pulis, Ligtas Ka!”


 They were reminded to be vigilant at all times and regularly visit
convenient stores within the AOR.

j. Noveleta Municipal
Police Station (6:06 PM.
August 24, 2024)

 SDO conducted inspection and accounting to the duty personnel;


and
 Personnel were reminded to properly observe “Tamang Bihis” and
be courteous in providing assistance to the public.

k. Noveleta MPS Custodial


Facility, Noveleta, Cavite
(6:12PM, August 24, 2024)

SDO also inspected the


custodial facility of the said
station and all PUPCs were accounted. (Male=34, Female=4)

l. Brgy. Magdiwang Fixed
Post, Noveleta, Cavite
(6:19PM, August 24, 2024)
 Two (2) personnel were
present during the

inspection;
 SDO noted that the
personnel on duty were
carrying their issued
long firearms, with
vest, with radio and in
“Tamang-Bihis”

m. Kawit Municipal Police


Station and Custodial Facility (6:26PM, August 24, 2024)
 Four (4) duty personnel
were present during the
inspection; and
 SDO also inspected the
custodial facility of the
said station and all
PUPCs were
accounted. (Male=58,
Female=3)

“Sa Bagong Pilipinas, Ang gusto ng Pulis, Ligtas Ka!”


n. Zeus Junction, Brgy.Kanluran. Kawit, Cavite (6:45 PM, August 24,
2024)

 Two (2) personnel were present during the time of inspection;


 SDO noted that duty personnel have no long firearms with them;
 Duty personnel were reminded on the guidance on the use of
cellphones while on duty; and they were reminded to tighten their
security readiness/alertness and observe “LOI Tamang Bihis”.

o.

Brgy. Mabolo Junction, Bacoor,Cavite (6:55PM, August 24, 2024)


 Two (2) personnel on duty were inspected by SDO and were
reminded to always carry with them their issued firearms and vest
and be visible at all times; and
 To cautiously implement City Ordinances and be vigilant while
performing their duty.
