50 thousand. There was a dramatic growth to 40 thousand tourists of the data of
the lakes from 1987 to 1997. The number of people visiting mountain areas
increased slowly of 10 thousand guests.
In the remaining years, the number of foreign sightseers to the lakes reached a
peak in 2002 (to 75 thousand) and dropped slowly to 40 thousand people. The coast
areas ‘s overseas guests hit the highest point after last 10 years. The data of the
mountains remainded unchanged from 1997 to 2007 around 33 thound people.
