Remove Hanging Outlook Processes:

Sometimes, Outlook processes linger even after you close the application.
Open the Windows Task Manager (press Ctrl + Sft + Esc or right-click the
taskbar and choose "Start Task Manager"). Look for all OUTLOOK.EXE
processes and end them.

1. Start Outlook in Safe Mode:

Launch Outlook without add-ins and customization files. Hold the Ctrl
key while clicking on the Outlook icon, or run outlook.exe /safe from the
command line.

2. Disable Outlook Add-ins:

If the issue started recently, disable recently installed add-ins one by

one. Close Outlook after each change to identify the problematic add-
in.

File > Options > Add-ins > Manage > (COM Add-in) Go >
Disable/untick all the addins then Click OK

3. Close All Open Programs and Applications:

Sometimes conflicts with other software can cause Outlook to freeze.

Close any other open programs and try again.

4. Repair Your Outlook Data Files:

Use the Inbox Repair Tool (SCANPST.EXE) to fix corrupted data files
(PST)
