Project Manager
Location-: Pune
Role Brief-: The Project manager is responsible for entire project life cycle of ORBIT business. The incumbent
shall formulate and execute the project management strategy based on execution cost, delivery time and
quality. The enrichment of Iasys Brand thru excellent customer interface is key element of project manager
profile.
Responsibility-:
1. Project Execution-:
a) Ensure timely execution of the projects as per the timelines agreed and commitment to customers.
b) Collaborate with all major stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved as per agreed
timelines.
c) Guide and manage the project coordination team for timely execution of onsite activities.
d) Overseeing the Supply chain process including production schedules for projects.
2. Customer Relationship Management-:
a) Establish and maintain excellent communication with all kay customers.
b) Develop the proactive communication attitude within the team to enhance customer interface.
c) Proactively understand the customer requirements and offer the solution during project execution.
d) Keep the key customers informed about the project development to avoid any last-minute hassles.
e) Establish and maintain high confidence of customers in Iasys brand by exhibiting professional and
expert project management competence.
3. Project Management Budget-:
a) Prepare and monitor yearly project department budget including manpower cost.
b) Ensure the annual operations plan for projects department is approved by the management and same
is achieved by the projects department.
c) Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and monitor receivables from the customers related to project.
d) Support Sales team for Costing & Budgeting of New Projects also Maintain Budget & profitability as
per Budget estimated by Sales team.

4. Project Quality-:
a) Participate in project Improvement Process for all activities from Proposal to project handover.
b) Act as catalyst between customer and engineering team to ensure accurate understanding specifications,
codes & engineering standards.
c) Ensure the engagement of system engineering at every project milestone to achieve high technical quality.
d) Suggest product quality improvement measures to solution architect team basis on site experience.
Competency Prerequisite -:
1. Process Orientation- Adherence to Engineering and Design process, Packing & transport
Instructions/Procedures, ensure commissioning happens as per the SOP.
2. Documentation-: Should have exceptional understanding of documentation like Design document, Legal and
commercial Documentation, ability to review the RFQ documents like Material Requisition etc.
3. Analytical ability-: To gauge the project lifecycle dynamics and plan accordingly.
4. Customer relationship-: Maintain excellent relationship with all key customers with proactive communication.
5. People management and influencing skills-: Motivate and mange team of project engineers and site workers.
6. Result orientation -: Translate strategy into clear objectives. Ensure the accomplishment of set objectives.
7. Time management and Multitasking-Manage multiple project and process improvement interventions.
8. Commercial-: Maintain P&L of projects department and commercial viability of each project.
