should share to your remote learners on a synchronous platform like google meet,
zoom, MOOCS or any other plasforms you are familiar with and are using

Reflection
As a future teacher, I feel that a safe online learning environment is built on trust,
clear communication, and established guidelines for interaction. It's about fostering
a sense of community and support, even across a digital divide. This includes
proactive measures to address cyberbullying and ensure responsible online
behavior. Teaching in a virtual learning environment is both challenging and
rewarding. The challenges lie in maintaining engagement, addressing technical
issues, and adapting to different learning styles in a less personal setting. The
rewards come from connecting with students in new ways, offering flexible learning...
I think that teaching in a virtual learning environment is both challenging and
rewarding.
