Company owned Outlets (OSTS/ COCOs ) & Highway Star Retail Outlets, Centralized billing, MIS, Built in
Tracking mechanism and additional reward schemes by way of Petromiles on the spends made.

FINO Payment Bank – Recharge your SmartFleet account and also pay your Loan EMI thru FINO Facility

SECURED ACCESS THROUGH CUSTOMER BUSINESS ENTERPRISE APPLICATION:

Now manage your loyalty accounts online and customize it according to your needs through a secured
web access with all features to create New /Addl/Repl cards, set card limits, hotlist/suspend cards,
Recharge Fleet account, Track Every Fuelling with real time MIS , Monthly Statements, SMS for every Txn
etc.

Monitoring functionality of multiple accounts of a customer through i.e Super FA and Group FA is
available.
SMARTFLEET MOBILE APP – To keep control and monitor all Txns conveniently in your hands all the
time. To also locate our Petrol Pumps & available facilities and Product RSP.

highway truckers who spend long hours on the roads. GHAR denotes, Home Away from Home, providing
a wholesome experience to customer – from Safe & Secured Parking and Maintenance Support ,Dhaba,
Dormitories, Bathing Facility, Toilet, Kirana Store, Saloon, Laundry services, Doctor on call, etc.

EXCITING LOYALTY REWARDS:

Exciting Rewards – You can Earn Petromiles & exchange them instantly for a wide range of exciting
rewards, including Fuel.

DRIVER/HELPER INSURANCE : Group Accidental Insurance Scheme for Drivers and Helpers for providing
support to their families in case of any mishaps on the road when performing their duties for the
SmartFleet Customer.

Fleet Sales Officers : A total of 54 nos Fleet Sales Officers across the country as dedicated Relationship
Officer to guide you in planning your trips, Enroute Fueling , Convenience of Vehicle Crew and answer
your queries, anytime anywhere.

CREs : A total of 248 Customer Relationship Executives across the country to address all your SmartFleet
related queries & concerns.

Customized Reports: Scheduled and Customized Reports for the convenience of Daily monitoring of
Loyalty Txns by the customers.

API : Application Program Interface for the benefit and convenience of customers is made available
based on need basis.
