a) Additional Cable & Cable laying costs of AC cables from Main LT panel to Net Meters, if
obligated from MSEB.
b) Any civil work required to lie above cable.
c) Data services & Wi-Fi device or router to share data from inviter to cloud \
d) HT Net Metering is not included in the proposal .(Estimated time line for HT net metering
would be between 3 to 6 Months )
e) SMART meter installation would required some additional hardware in electrical box, such as
CTs or additional Bus bars , cost for such things will be at actual not more than 25000 Rs.
8.0 Terms & Conditions
Commercial terms and conditions:
1) Terms of payment:
100 % Advance before Material dispatch
2) Price basis: The price is F.O.R destination.
3) Taxes & duties:
All Inclusive in offer
4) Delivery / completion period:
Within 2 to 4weeks from the date of your technically and commercially clear purchase Order along
with advance. Actual work will be commenced after approval from Client if the advance payment is
not made as per the terms and conditions or if any of the payment eligible is not made in time or if
the technical specifications are changed during the execution of the order within
the available in time or if subsequent changes, which delay the delivery, then the time limit will be
extended proportionately.
Timeline of the project along Pert Chart will be submitted after finalization of project.
5) Validity of offer: This offer is valid for 10 days from the date of offer and thereafter it will be subject
to our reconfirmation.
6) Limitation to liability: Our liability in respect of any defect or failure of the equipment supplied
thereto, is limited to making good by replacing or repairing defects which under proper use appear
therein (provided the equipment is installed, operated, maintained as per our instruction manual)
and arise solely from faulty design, materials or workmanship within warrantee period. At the
termination of which period, all liability on our part shall cease.
7) Warrantee Guarantee& Standard Terms:
8 Years Warranty on LIVFAST Inverter, with further extension possible on payment basis.
25 Years Performance Generation Warranty on Solar Panels as provided by Manufacturer.
Protection Devices such as SPDS, MCBS, and Fuses will not be covered under warranty.
Parts and Components, which are repaired or replaced during such period, are warranted
for the original warranty period only and will not carry any extended warranty.
2 Years on Warranty on system, limited to devices which are caused due to external defects.
Physical Damages caused to whatsoever reasons won’t be covered under warranty.
If the equipment is not repairable at site, the same has to be sent at our workshop on freight
prepaid basis after obtaining our consent in writing and we shall make good the defect and
return back to you on freight to pay basis.
The warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from: Wilful damage or negligence, normal
wear and tear, Installation and/or maintenance by Purchaser or a third party without
supplier’s prior written consent, Misuse or abuse of Equipment. Modifications or alterations
made by Purchaser or a third party without supplier's written consent.
AMC considered for two years in non-comprehensive, with Submission of Quarterly
generation and maintenance report.
After Second Year to maintain System Healthy, Non-Comprehensive AMC charges will be as
per O&M plans which is considerable around 2 % of the project cost with 10% Escalation YOY.
9) Right and lien of property: We shall retain the right on equipment, materials or parts supplied by us under
this quotation until full value thereof as per our invoice has been fully paid to us as per terms and condition.
