COPYRIGHT TRANSFER AGREEMENT

This Copyright Transfer Form ("Agreement") is entered into between the Author(s) ("Author") and
the [Conference Organizer/Publisher] ("Publisher") in connection with the publication of the above-
mentioned paper ("Work") in the proceedings of the International Conference on Emerging
Technologies and Computing ("Conference").
1. TRANSFER OF COPYRIGHT
The Author(s) hereby transfer(s) and assign(s) to the Publisher all rights, title, and interest in the
copyright of the Work, including but not limited to the rights to reproduce, distribute, display, and
license the Work in all forms and media, whether now known or hereafter developed, throughout
the world, for the duration of the copyright.
2. AUTHOR RIGHTS
Notwithstanding the transfer of copyright, the Author(s) retain(s) the following rights:
- The right to use the Work for personal use, teaching, or research purposes.
- The right to include the Work in a thesis or dissertation.
- The right to reproduce and distribute the Work for non-commercial purposes, provided proper
acknowledgment of the original publication is given.
3. AUTHORSHIP AND ORIGINALITY
The Author(s) confirm(s) that:
- The Work is original and has not been published elsewhere, except as may be disclosed to the
Publisher.
- The Work does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, or other rights of any third party.
- The Author(s) have obtained all necessary permissions for any copyrighted material used in the
Work.
4. PUBLICATION IN CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS AND EDITED BOOK
The Author(s) acknowledge(s) that the Work will be published in the Conference proceedings.
Additionally, selected papers, including the Work, may be published in an edited book by the
Publisher. By signing this Agreement, the Author(s) grant(s) the Publisher the right to include the
Work in both the Conference proceedings and the edited book.
5. CONFLICT OF INTEREST
The Author(s) confirm(s) that there are no financial or other conflicts of interest that might
influence the results or interpretation of the Work.
6. INDEMNIFICATION
The Author(s) agree(s) to indemnify and hold the Publisher harmless against any claims, losses,
damages, or expenses arising from a breach of this Agreement.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
