Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Simranjit kaur, who organized a party at your restaurant last week. Through this letter, I
would like to express my satisfaction towards your restaurant customer service.
As a matter of fact, last week on weekend, I organized my grandfather’s birthday party at
your restaurant. There were approximately 50 guests attended this party and most of them
were older. They all love the arrangements and appreciated the efforts put by you and your
team member.
That being said, this was so successful because of many reasons. First of all, your staff
members give personal attention to all the guest especially the disabled guests who use
wheelchair. Moreover, the theme of the party was well organized and decorated, the seats
were comfortable for older people. At last, the food was so delicious, everyone loves all the
dishes.
Furthermore, I would like to thank you and your team members for the fantastic party
particular one of your workers whose name is Salma. She made this party outstanding and
unforgettable for everyone. I will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends as well.
