Good Day!

We, The Boy Scout of the Philippines are writing to respectfully request the use of your caldron for
the Provincial Jamboree. The Jamboree will be held from December 4th to 8th, 2024, at Rizal
Central Elementary School in Kapatagan, Digos City, Davao del Sur.

The caldron will be used for cooking meals for scouts. We understand the importance of taking proper
care of your equipment and assure you that it will be handled with utmost responsibility and returned
in the same condition it was borrowed. We will provide adequate transportation and ensure its
safekeeping throughout the event.

We would be grateful for your kind consideration of our request.
