Dear teachers,
Good day.
I'm writing to formally request an excuse for our volleyball team's training session
starting today September 14-15, 2024, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in preparation for the upcoming
District Meet on September 16-17,2024.

For our athletes to improve their abilities and teamwork in time for the tournament, the
training sessions are crucial. We think their performance at the meet will be much improved by
this concentrated practice.
