Presentation: "Multi-cloud vs.

Single Cloud Provider Approach"

Scenario:
An organization wants to decide whether to use a multi-cloud approach (utilizing multiple
platforms, such as a combination of OpenStack and VMware) or to rely on a single cloud
provider for its infrastructure.

Student Task:

1. Group Formation:
o Divide the class into groups. (3 students max in each group)
o Half groups will take multi-cloud approach and the other half will take single
cloud provider approach.
2. Objectives:
Each group must prepare a presentation addressing the following points:
o Why their assigned solution is better for the organization.
o Potential challenges and risks associated with their solution.

Marking Criteria:

 Solution Explanation and Relevance (5 points):


o Clearly explain the assigned solution.
o Discuss how it meets the organization's needs.
 Understanding of Challenges and Risks (5 points):
o Identify potential challenges or risks linked to the solution.
o Show awareness of what could go wrong.
 Presentation Skills and Group Coordination (10 points):
o Work together as a team during the presentation.
o Communicate effectively and engage the audience.
