Configure mail account for outlook steps

To configure mail account in outlook go to below steps.

Open outlook and select Tools Account Settings


option.
Click on New.
Click Next.
Your name:- type name
EmailAddress:- type mail id which you want to configure.
Password:- type password
RetypePassword:- same as above password.
Finally select check box “Manually configuration server
settings”.
Next.
Select Internet E-mail options and click Next
YourName:- Type Name
Email Address:- Type mail id
Account Type:- IMAP
Incoming mail Server:- mail.yourdomain
Outgoing mail Server:-mail.yourdomain
User Name:- Type mail id
Password :- Type Password
Select check box Remember Password.
Finally click on More Settings.

Under “General” Tab.


Select check box “Purge items when switching folders while
online”.
server(SMTP) require
authentication.

Click on Test Account Settings.


Click Finish.
