Chapter - Time and Work
1. A can complete a piece of work in 10 days, and B can complete the same work in 15 days.
How many days will it take for A and B to complete the work together?

2. A can do a piece of work in 18 days, B can do it in 12 days, and C can do it in 9 days. If all
three work together, how many days will they take to finish the work?

3. Two pipes can fill a tank in 10 hours and 15 hours, respectively. If both pipes are opened
together, how long will it take to fill the tank?

4. A can do a piece of work in 16 days, and B can do the same work in 24 days. They start
working together but after 4 days, A leaves. How many more days will B take to finish the
work?

5. If 12 men can complete a work in 8 days, how many men are required to complete the
same work in 6 days?
