I am a Zambia male aged 25 years with 1years 8months working experience in customer service
as well as Administration currently working as a call centre Agent for MTN Zambia, I have also
worked for Spar Choma as a trainee Procurement Officer
My practical experience has sharpened my performance and skills in customer service and
administrative support. I have much experience in customer service, I am a confident, ambitious
person who is very goal-oriented and a team player. I possess excellent problem solving skills
and strive to meet all deadlines. I have a true passion for sales and always give 100% to all tasks
assigned to me. I have the capacity to work with accuracy under pressure and produce timely
results while upholding high esteem of integrity, professionalism and quality in my undertakings.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Thest Enterprises is a leading cosmetic store in southern province and it has a customer base of
about five thousand customers across southern province. I worked as sales assistant for this
organization, in term-time showed my time management skills and my ability to deal with a wide
range of people effectively, including customers and manufacturers’ representatives.
Also be able to carry out stock take and be able to assess the outcome of the stock take with the
purpose of knowing if the business is making profit or loss
