Answer: Crown Holdings. Each employee should atleast allocate 8 hours to CSR.

activities? Who shells out the money? Do we conduct fund raisers?
Answer: Current practice dictates that fund raisers are initiated by the CSR committee to create a
fund for CSR activities. HR has requested events budget for the year which includes brand
recognition, X-mas party and CSR activities
• Reporting and Assessment - how they assess, improve, and communicate what they do? What is
in place?
Answer: None.
Suggestions: Post-event survey, feedback from CSR activity recipients, email blast to all
employees success of the CSR activities

Employee's volunteerism
• Registration - This is to be done a month before the activity. In the event, registered volunteer
can not participate in the activity, prior notice should be given ahead of time to anticipate
changes in tasks.
• At least one security guard present on site to ensure safety of the employees
Measurement of Success
• Result Assessment - was the goal of each CSR activity achieved? Are there any improvements
needed? After each event, what is the current standing of Crown Philippines in achieving goal set
by Crown Holdings? How many remaining hours left to be accomplished?
1. post-event survey for all employees whether they participated or not - is this in place? does it
measure satisfaction from the employees? did it give opportnity for employees to give
suggestions for improvement or other CSR activities?
2. Feedback from recipients - was this communicated to the employees? articles released?
pictures shared? feedback from Holding regarding your CSR activity? what are the social and
environmental impact of the activity?
• Checking on the result of the CSR activity (is it being used? is it still in condition? is it in need of
repairs?)

• Post Event - article about the CSR activity? pictures taken during the activity?
• CSR Committee Challenges and suggestions: bulletin board at the ground floor needs attention.

Financial Support
• Requested events budget for the year which includes brand recognition, X-mas party and CSR
activities
• Discretionary funds - Can we allocate fund used for entertainment fund for clients for the CSR
activity? Where else can we draw out the fund for CSR activity?
• CSR Committee Challenges and suggestions: It has been agreed upon that the CSR committee
coins unused from previous fund raiser activities. Alma suggested to track all funds including
agreements of the CSR committee in a notebook or logbook.
