Position Overview: As an automation QA engineer, you will be assigned to Product Engineering (PE) QA
team. You will be expected to work as an automation engineer leveraging and enhancing test automation
tools and framework using TypeScript, webdriver I/O, Selenium/Appium etc for our next generation Point
of Sale (or related products). As automation QA engineer you will be expected to build automation test
coverage with high quality automation scripts on time.

Role & Responsibilities:


• Understand the overall functional scope and objectives of the department.
• Understand specific project requirements.
• Execute project tasks, as per expectations, working with different teams / stakeholders.
• Provide accurate and complete reporting on status of assigned tasks and appropriately escalate
bottlenecks / constraints, if any.

We are looking for:


• Graduate with a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science from the academic years 2023 and 2024.
• Strong background in CS fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented
programming in any programming languages Java/C++
• Knowledge of any scripting languages such as HTML5/JavaScript/Python.
• Passion for coding to develop/enhance automated testing frameworks, tools, and services
for API/Mobile/Web
• Passion for learning and contribute to software quality with keen involvement in understanding
testing methodologies, test automation tools, frameworks, and harnesses.
• Working knowledge of common automation frameworks such as Junit/TestNG/Selenium/Appium
etc is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent Verbal & Written communication and social skills backed up with a proactive approach
to knowledge sharing.
