What is true meditation and how do it benifit us. Most people in this world belives
that it is just an activity of closing your eyes and concetrating at your breathing
or your third eye or just simply visualize anything which is actually not wrong to
some extent. But when we talk about true meditation it is actually not something
that you have to do it just happen natually just like love. Mediation is about
relaxing your brain and attain the maximum vibration feild and attract the desired
outcomes. The porpose of doing meditationis simply just to give you mind a rest.
The biggest tool of manking is brain but now a days when people are not aware of
what their brains capablities are they are jus5 in the destructive pathways. Our
mind is creater as well as the destructor of this reality in which we exist.
Actually there is no real of authentical method of doing meditation but we can
discuss some of the conventions which tend to give a very high output rate. Now
lets return to the topic of what people are might think the correct way which many
mentors taught in their seminars and webinars I mean closing you eyes and
concentration it basically alligns to the same result which means relaxing your
body physically and mentally but the wrong way is people just sit it a very
uncomfortable pose thinking this would be great for their discipline which would be
correct but just for discipline not for meditation because you miss the point
entirely. The best possible way in which I practise is very simple there is
actually not a fixed time for doing meditation because it is just not a daily
activity which we treat it to be like doing 15 minutes meditation before bed or
after waking up but whats the point of doing something that is meant for your
comfort forcefully. Time duration should also not be fixed will be good try to hold
as long as you can but not for a definite time. It can be done whenever you feel
stressed, irritated, intimidated, angry, sad, depressed or else whenever you want
to increase your vibration.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of
what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment.
Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other
practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.
Mindfulness Meditation
This is a meditation technique that teaches you to put your concentration on the
moment. It’s not about stopping thoughts altogether but learning to simply observe,
breathe and bring your attention back to the now.
Regular practice reduces anxiety and stress and improves memory, attention, and
empathy.
To get started, you need to:
• Sit in a comfortable position
• Play some soothing sounds or enjoy quiet if that suits you
• Dim the lights or sit in natural light
• Have your body upright and shoulders relaxed
• Slowly close your eyes and take a deep breath
• Continue to breathe slowly and notice how your chest rises
and falls
• When your mind wanders, bring attention back to your breath
• Simply let the thoughts flow and observe them without
judgment, always bringing your focus back to your
breathing
• Do this for 5 - 30 minutes, depending on your experience
• When finished, slowly open your eyes and bring your
concentration back to your surroundings
Transcendental Meditation
This type of meditation creates a state of relaxed awareness and more focus by
teaching you to avoid distracting thoughts. With regular practice, you’ll be free
of mental boundaries and reach a heightened conscious state.
