About the Installation Place


Do not install this unit in unstable places or places that are susceptible to vibration.
Do not install this unit in a wet, dusty, direct sunlight place or near a high temperature or
open flame, otherwise it may cause fire or electric shock.
Do not install this machine in places where the temperature and humidity change
drastically. Please use this machine in an environment of 20 to 30 °C and 35 to 65% (Rh).
Make sure that there is no direct air blowing situation of fans, air conditioners or others
like these around. Otherwise it is easy to cause printer head blockage.
Ensure that there is no strong magnetic field or equipment that generates a strong
magnetic field near the installation site, otherwise it may cause errors or malfunctions.
About Power Supplies
Please use an input power supply of 220V, 50/60Hz, and do not use a supply
voltage other than AC220~240V, otherwise it may cause fire or electric shock.
Use the power cord that came with this machine. Do not use the supplied power
cord with other products.
When unplugging the power supply, be sure to grasp the power plug and unplug it.
Do not drag the power cord.
Regularly unplug the power plug and clean up dust and dirt around the plug and on
the socket. If the power plug is used for a long time in an environment with more dust,
moisture and fumes, the dust accumulated around the plug is easy to cause poor
insulation, which may lead to fire.
When the power cord is damaged or the core line is exposed and broken, please
contact the agent or the company's after-sales department to replace it in time.
About Ink
Store the ink in a low-temperature shade and make sure it is kept away from open
flames and well ventilated.
Always keep the ink out of reach of children. If a child accidentally licks or drinks it,
consult a doctor immediately.
If the ink accidentally comes into contact with the skin or eyes, rinse immediately
with plenty of clean flowing water, and if you still feel irritated, consult a doctor.

Addition
In the process of using this machine, if there is any abnormality such as smoke or
odor, please immediately turn off the power switch, unplug the power cord, and contact
the local agent.
Without contacting the agent or the company's after-sales department, please do not
disassemble the machine without permission and attempt to repair it.

INSTALLATION GUIDANCE
One: The Whole Machine Accessories Installation
1.Install the cartridge assembly and large cartridges.

2.Place the waste ink cartridge and insert the waste ink tube.

3.Install paper putting device.

Note: The cutout letter L on the paper putting device indicates the left holder and R
represents the right holder. Both ends of the paper reel rod need to be tightened with a
U-shaped spring clip.

When loading material, lift each roller. Once the paper is in, press down all the press
rollers.

4.Remove the ink car lock.

5.Power on to check the status of the machine to confirm that the device can be
connected normally.

Two: Printer Head And Ink Sacs Installation


Before installing the printer head, lower the ink station, move the ink cart to the platform,
and remove the ink car cover. The printer head installation operation is performed in the
shutdown state.
1) Plug the printer head into the data cable, fix the printer head and fix the seat.

Three: Printer Head Height Adjustment


The height and level of the ink car have been adjusted during the production and
commissioning of the factory, but due to factors such as transportation bumps, the
installation and commissioning personnel need to check again whether the fastening
screws of the ink car are loose, whether the bottom plate is horizontal, and whether the
distance between the surface of the printer head and the printing platform is about 2mm.
When adjusting the level of the printer head baseplate, it is necessary to loosen the
fixing screws on both sides of the ink car, and tighten the screws after the adjustment.

When adjusting the height of the printer head, it is necessary to loosen the side plate
fixing screws, and tighten the screws after the adjustment is completed.

Four:Ink Fill
1) Add ink to large ink bottles. If the cartridge is equipped, the liquid level in the
cartridge can be maintained at about 1/2 position.

2)Power on the machine and power it on, open the PrintX software, and click
once it is connected, select Ink Pump 1 and Ink Pump 2 in the pop-up
window, click , The ink pump begins to draw ink continuously.After the ink has
filled the ink path and flowed into the waste ink bucket, point, click 。

3)After the device is on standby, take a printer head test. If there are many broken
wires, perform ordinary printer heads cleaning.

Five: Printer Heads Calibration


1. Connect the device and computer using the network cable, open the PintX software,
and confirm that the device is online. For detailed settings, see PrintX Online.
2. Select Print Calibration Interface.

3.Printer Heads Adjustment

The role of the printer heads adjustment is to check the horizontal tilt of the printer
heads. If the sprinkler head is tilted, the picture print quality will be poor. The
equipment has been installed and debugged in the production link of the factory, and
the user basically does not need to make major adjustments when installing on site,
and fine-tuning can be made.
1) Verticality calibration

Focus on whether the black line and the red line of the calibration figure coincide,
and the coincidence indicates the left and right levels of the printer head. If the black
line and red line stitching are misaligned up and down, the printer head tilt needs to
be adjusted.
2)Inclination calibration

Focus on whether the upper and lower stitches of the alignment diagram line
segments are aligned, and the alignment indicates the level of the physical position
of printer heads. If there is a clear left-right misalignment at the line segment splicing,
the printer head tilt needs to be adjusted.
When adjusting the printer head tilt, first loosen the four fastening screws of the
printer head holder, then tighten or loosen the adjustment screws on both sides,
fine-tune the printer head angle, tighten the fixing seat tightening screws, and print
the verification calibration diagram again.

removed and reinstalled.

4. Step calibration

Step calibration is the calibration of the paper feed step in the print, ensuring that the front
and back of the picture overlap and the length scale.
1)click , the device automatically prints the step calibration diagram.

2)Find out the line segment left and right coincident position, O position coincident,
step does not need to be adjusted. If the outer line segment at 0 coincides left and
right, you need to enter the corresponding position value in the Step Scale Fine-
Tuning box.

Click , fill in the value corresponding to the coincident position in
the Calibration value box, and click .

3)Click .
4)Click again,confirm that the calibration figure 0 position coincides.
5.Vertical Alignment Calibration

Vertical alignment calibration is based on the color printer head, with the No. 2 white
ink printer head aligned horizontally to the left/right horizontally, as well as vertically
aligned front and rear. (G3/G4 means No. 3\ No. 4 printer head, useless)
1) Click , the device will print the calibration diagram.

2) Find out where the line segments of each line calibration figure coincide. 0
position coincident alignment means that no adjustment is required, if each row is
aligned outside of 0, the value corresponding to the coincident position is added to
the value in the corresponding box.
Assuming that the step calibration of the position of Figure 3 is aligned, the
value -2 in the current step frame needs to be changed to 1; if the position of Figure
2 is aligned to the right, the value 2 in the current right box is changed to 4.
3) Click after the value is modified.
4) Click again to confirm the alignment of the calibration figure 0
position.
6. Bidirectional calibration
Bidirectional calibration is the coincident alignment of the screen in both the left and
right directions of the printer head when printing in both directions.
1) Tap and the device will print the calibration drawing.

2) Find out the alignment diagram line segment coincidence position, 0 position
coincidence means that no adjustment is required. If the segments are aligned
outside of 0, the numeric value corresponding to the coincident position is added to
the current bidirectional value. Assuming the alignment of the calibration figure-2
position, the current bidirectional value of 29 is modified to 27.
3) When you're done modifying the values, click to save.

4)Click again to verify that the 0 position coincides.
7. Chromatic calibration

The chromatic calibration is the Left/Right set of the No. 1 color printer head itself and the
No. 2 white ink printer head itself to further improve the printing accuracy.
Heterochromatic calibration
1) Click , No. 1 color printer head to print the printer head chromatic
drawing.

2) Observe the coincidence of each group of CMY segments and K-segments of G1


2-6 to the left / 2-6 to the right, and the coincidence of the 0 position does not need to be
adjusted. If the position outside of 0 coincides, the value in the box is added to the value
corresponding to the coincidence position.
3) After the modification is completed, click .
4) Click again to confirm that the 0 positions of each group coincide.
 Color calibration
The same color calibration is the color calibration between the 6 columns of printer
heads in the No. 2 printer head itself, and the method is the same as the heterochromatic
calibration.

PintX Introduction
PrintX software is a control software used with the printer. Users can
use PintX to perform operations such as online, calibration, and setting
printing parameters.

Open PrintX
When first time uses the PrintX software, no installation is required.
After decompressing the software package, open PrintX_x64.exe to open the
software.

PrintX Connection
The default IP address of the printer is 192.168.1.10. When the user
uses the network cable to connect the computer and the printer for the
first time, the Ethernet IP address of the computer needs to be modified to
192.168.1.11, and the software can establish an effective connection with
the printer.
Go to Computer Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> Network
Connections. Select Ethernet, right-click Properties, open Internet
Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), and modify the IP address used by the
computer to 192.168.1.11.

When the lower left corner of the main interface of the PrintX software
displays online and the machine status is idle, the software is
successfully connected.

Horz Margin Unit mm, set the printing starting point in the left

Vert Margin Unit mm, set the distance of blank feed before
printing starts

Real-time step adjustment. When printing, the value
is increased, and the paper feeding distance is
increased.
Bidir Param Two-way fine-tuning. Real-time fine-tuning of
bidirectional during printing.
Direction Bi-directional, the carriage moves left and right to
print ink. One-way, the trolley prints ink to the
left, and moves to the right without ink.
Print Mode When not checked, the print mode does not take
effect. When checked, enables the print mode setting.
The print mode includes general settings such as
waveform, unidirectional, and feathering. For
detailed settings, go to Parameter Settings >
Multilayer Settings.

2.Shortcut keys
Print: Select the task in the print queue, click the icon to start printing.
Pause: During printing, click the icon to pause printing, and click again to resume
printing.
Stop: Cancels the current print.
Flash spray: After clicking, the device starts to flash spray continuously, click again to
stop the flash spray.
Auto: After clicking, the device will automatically print all the tasks that have been
added in the queue.
Test Chart: Print Nozzle Check
Cleaning: After clicking, you can choose the cleaning intensity and the ink pump for
automatic cleaning.
Ink: After clicking, select the ink pump to continuously pump ink
Origin: The ink cart automatically returns to the head of the ink station from the
current position, and is online

: Continue feeding/returning after clicking, and stop


feeding/returning by clicking again.
: After clicking, the ink cart continues to move left/right, and
click again to stop the movement.

The ink volume limit window supports to limit the ink output of the
color channel of the screen,Color_CH1(%)-CH4
correspond to KCMY,CH5 correspond to white ink
3.2 Print Control

Double-clicking a print job in the queue opens the job properties


window, where you can set job properties, footnotes, and ink limits.
Select a job in the print job list and right-click to open the Actions menu.
Increase Priority: Move the current job order one
position forward
Decrease priority: move the current job sequence one
position back
Highest priority: Moves the current job to the first
position in the queue.
Lowest priority: Moves the current job to the end of
the queue.
Delect:Remove the current job from the queue.
Print:Print the selected job.
Clear List: Clear the print task list.Open Directory: Open the directory
where the current print file is located.

Select History to view the printed history. Select the job in the history
right-click to delete or re-add the history to the task list.

 Multilayer Setting

Note: When the print mode is checked in the quick setting bar, the multi-layer
setting takes effect. When the print mode is not checked, the settings in the print mode
have no effect.
Print Mode: Contains single-layer or multi-layer print settings. The multi-layer
printing setting is used in the flatbed software. When the printing mode includes the
multi-layer printing setting, the flatbed printer will automatically print the second layer
after printing the first layer. Click to move the layer selected in print mode up or
down.
Predefined Layers: A list of layer settings containing various detailed print settings.
Click to add the selected predefined layer to the specified print mode. Click to
remove the layer selected in print mode.

Number of channels: White ink has only one spot color channel.

White mode:

Blank, white ink will not be printed.

Invert Color:Contrary to white. The dark part of the picture has less white ink,

information of TIF picture.
