Course The Movement Competency Training course is designed to help
Description individuals develop a solid foundation of movement competency,
enabling them to move safely and efficiently in various physical
activities. This course reintroduces the fundamental movement
patterns, which include non-locomotor and locomotor skills, and
integrates them with core training to meet the demands of functional
fitness and physical activity performance.
