Course Title Physical Fitness

Course Description This course is designed to expose students in many fitness activities. The course covers the foundation,
legal basis, goals and terms used in Physical Education as well as the definition, components, benefits and
evaluation of physical fitness testing Through this variety of fitness skills, one will be more knowledgeable as
to the process of continues fitness throughout one’s lifetime. The course is also intended to introduce the
students the guideline, methods, and procedures in physical fitness, nutritional health and general wellness
principles. Students will complete this course through their performance assessment demonstrating the
proper way of executing exercises such as aerobics fitness, strength, flexibility and nutrition.
