Inviting applications for the role of Vice President -Technology

As the leader of IT Infrastructure, you will be responsible for Operations of technology


infrastructures, including Cloud, SASE, Data Centre, Data Network, CaaS solutions, virtualization, and
service monitoring. You will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, integrity, and security of
all IT systems and infrastructure.

In partnership with the Lead for Business Applications, you will lead the Infrastructure and
Operations teams, with overall responsibility for technology infrastructure deployment for various
projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and drive innovation
within the company.

You will be at the forefront of Automation and Cloud Ops, driving the adoption of new technologies
and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT operations.

You should also have experience in driving a team, manage the team remotely across geographies
and evaluate performance.

Responsibilities

• Handling business expectations. Driving innovation within Technology space


• Algin to the Genpact Blueprint 2026 with focus on Data-Tech-AI and building capabilities
which drives innovations and value back to business operations.
• Conducts technical research and market trends on evolving technologies and platform which
can be business relevant.
• Experience in managing multi-cloud platforms with focus on template-based deployment
and management drive Fin-ops and delivery effectiveness.
• Provides infrastructure services vision, enables innovation, and seeks to leverage IT trends
that can create business value consistent with the company’s requirements and
expectations.
• Hands-on technical depth enables direct oversight, problem-solving leadership and
participation for complex infrastructure implementation, system upgrades and operational
troubleshooting.
• Conduct product and vendor evaluations ensuring best in class technologies and partners.
• Works closely with and manage strategic vendor partner relationships. Setup and run the
governance with the partners. Build strategic relationships for creating value for the
organization.
• Participate in the formulation of the company's enterprise architecture and business system
plans; assessing cost and feasibility, and ensuring the plan is aligned with and supports the
strategic goals of the business.
• Leadership for delivery of 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance.
• Develop and implement automation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce human
error.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in network automation and make
recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications we seek in you!


Minimum Qualifications

• B-Tech, BCA, Graduate


• Technical certifications in Cloud, Network, Virtualization

Preferred qualifications

• Innovative and solutioning attitude


• Exposure to SASE network model and its deployment in multi region WAN
technology. Understanding of automation tools in networking space which helps in
eliminating multi-level human intervention. Working knowledge on Cloud Hyperscale’s
especially with multi region connectivity in secured model.
