Garbage-Segregation
Garbage-Segregation
Characters:
(Karishe is walking out of the school gate, holding a small bag of recyclables.)
Karishe: Hey guys, look! I sorted my lunch trash and have all these bottles and cans ready for
recycling.
Althea: (Looking at the bag) Wow, that's cool! But where do you take it? I've never seen any
recycling bins around here.
Sophia: That's a good point. We need to make it easier for people to recycle. Maybe we can
start by asking the school to install more recycling bins, not just in the cafeteria, but outside too.
Olivia: (Skeptical) Wouldn't that be a lot of work? And what about people who don't have
separate bins at home?
Karishe: It's true, it takes effort, but it's worth it! We can start small and spread the word. We
can even organize a community clean-up day and collect all the plastic bottles and paper waste
from the park and the streets around here.
Althea (Smiling) You know, this is actually a really good idea. I'd be happy to help. Maybe we
can even put up some posters to encourage people to recycle.
Sophia: Exactly! We can work together to make a difference in our community. Even a small
effort can have a big impact.
Junice: (Thinking) Hmm, maybe you're right. It's worth a try, I guess. I'll help too.
Karishe: So, let's get started! We can make a difference, one recycled bottle at a time.
Remember, even small actions can have a big impact on our environment. Let's work together
to make our community a cleaner and greener place!
