Job Details:
• Position: Backend Web Developer
• Location: Remote (India)
• Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and optimize database structures using MySQL / MariaDB
to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Develop robust web applications using PHP8 and either Laravel or Symfony
frameworks.
• Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces by leveraging HTML, CSS, and
JavaScript, focusing on building a minimal viable interface.
• Utilize Git for version control, ensuring code integrity and collaboration
within the development team.
• Enhance system performance and automation through Linux-based shell
scripting (bash).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and
deliver high-quality solutions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide
updates, gather feedback, and ensure project alignment.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in database design and optimization with MySQL / MariaDB.
• Strong command of PHP8 and experience with Laravel and/or Symfony
frameworks.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and proficiency in shell scripting (bash).
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a
team environment.
