Introduction:
Teenagers today are increasingly becoming sedentary due to technology-driven lifestyles. This
project aimed to analyze their exercise habits, the types of activities they prefer, and the challenges
they face in maintaining physical fitness. A total of 100 teenagers participated in this research.
