Purpose: To share guidelines for assessing the performance of employees on probation and
confirming their services.
Process Flow:
Every employee shall be on probation period for initial 6 months.
Confirmation of employee doesn’t entitle to salary revision.
Performance evaluation shall be triggered 30 days prior to the reporting manager
through HRMS.
In case performance is found to be below expectation level, probation may be
extended up to 3 months or employee may be terminated. The decision will be
informed to the employee and updated in HRMS.
During probation extension, performance will be reviewed and monitored
periodically by the reporting manager. However, if the employee doesn’t improve
their performance, they shall be discharged from the services of the company.
Employee who resigns during the probation period may serve notice of one week.
