Instructions

Creating an Email Condition

Email conditions provide a way to target your messages to constituents based on the
CRM form they complete. For example, to send a CRM Membership form registration
email, you’ll want to create an email condition that sends the registration email every
time a constituent auto-renews their membership. Let's take a look at how to create
this example.
1. To create an email condition, navigate to Settings Icon and select Global
Settings.

2. From the Communications column, select System Emails.

3. Locate the Membership Registration email type and make sure you enable the
email by selecting the Enabled toggle. This tells the system to send an email
when the form is submitted. Then, select View Settings & Versions.

4. Select New Email Condition.

5. Assign a name to your condition in the name field. This name is not visible to
constituents. It is used for you to quickly identify which condition to associate
with the form. Then select the Neon CRM Standard Version under Email Version.
Lastly, add your condition for this account form. When finished, select Submit.

Note: If you want to create your own email version, see the course Create an
Email Version.

6. In the condition section, notice that you can edit or delete the email condition
you just created.
