City Meet

Dear Sir Jess,

I hope this letter finds you well. In line with the upcoming City Meet scheduled for December
6-8, 2024, we would like to request your approval for the practice sessions of our student-
athletes who will be representing San Jose National High School in various sports disciplines.

The following are the details of the request:

 Venue: School quadrangle, gymnasium, and designated sports facilities.


 Schedule: Daily practices from December 4-5, 2024, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
 Purpose: To ensure the readiness of our athletes and to provide them with adequate
preparation time to excel in their respective events.

We assure you that the practices will be conducted in compliance with the school's policies
and under the supervision of their respective coaches and trainers. Additionally, the students'
academic performance will be monitored to ensure that their participation in the event will not
compromise their studies.

Your approval of this request will greatly contribute to the success of our student-athletes of
San Jose National High School in the City Meet.
