Greetings in the name of public service!

Anent the guidelines in the DepEd Order No. 09, s. 2023 re, An Order Updating the
Multi-Year Implementing Guidelines on the Conduct of the K to 12 Basic Education
Program End-Of-School-Year Rites, this office writes you this letter to extend a
heartfelt invitation to serve as a distinguished guest speaker at the year-end rites
of the Grade 10 learners of the Kasiglahan Village National High School
scheduled on July 11, 2023, at the Montalban Gymnasium at 8:00 am for Batch 1
and 1:00 pm for Batch 2 completers.

The year-end rites aim to recognize learners who satisfactorily met the requirements
at the end of S.Y. 2022-2023. The program focuses on the theme “Gradweyt ng K to
12: Hinubog ng Matatag na Edukasyon” (K to 12 Graduates: Molded through a
Resilient Educational Foundation).

The school believes that your extensive experience and leadership make you an ideal
candidate to address our completers. Your perspectives on seizing challenges head-
on would inspire and educate attendees, fostering a deeper understanding and
appreciation for their views past their junior high school days. Your participation
would add prestige to the event and its overall success.
