Today many children spend a lot of time playing video games.

Youngsters nowadays tend to play games almost their time. This essay will
attempt to analyze the benefits and drawbacks of this trend.
It is understandable why some people support the argument that it is a waste
of time. The first rationale is that if children spend excessive time on cyberworld,
they will be addicted. Thus, it leads to a number of problems impacting their
environment. Take the lack of academic transcript as a factor which makes
teenagers get worse because of the addiction; hence, it can be seen they are always
playing games whenever and wherever instead of studying as well as doing
homeworks for instance. And another reason is the lack of valuable relationships.
In this industrialized world, people cannot live without knowledge, so making
friends with lazy people or people without ambition is something nobody wants.
To illustrate, Vietnamese said: “Birds of a feather flock together”. It is obvious that
lowly people will always pass up an opportunity in their career ladder because of
game addiction.
However, I believe that playing electronics will be more beneficial to
youngsters. The first rationale is that when teenagers enroll in a team, they have to
take responsibility for lead as well as motivate individual groups efficiently; thus,
their teamwork skills can be enhanced significantly. For instance, a game requiring
that leading skill is Fire Free. To win this game, everyone initially needs to discuss
strategies and the leader has to divide rolls into members in order to jog on a
perfect match. Another reason is that their communication skills can be improved
significantly. This is because while a team discusses strategies, children have to
make a convincing argument in order to persuade their teammates following that.
To sum up, it is evident that playing games will have numerous merits such
as enhance teamwork skills, improve communication skills as well as downsides
like electronic device addiction, the lack of valuable relationships, so time
management effectively is crucial for people to have a better life.
