I. Greetings ( 2 minutes)
Good day everyone, I am RONALYN M. UROT. I will be facilitating the
session entitled “STRATEGIES THAT DEVELOP LEARNER’S CRITICAL
THINKING SKILLS
Objectives:
After this session, participants will be able to:
V. Procedure
A. Priming Activity: (30 mins.)
Activity #1: Create Graphic Organizer
1. Divide the participants into three groups.
Say: Create a graphic organizer that best describe about Critical Thinking Skills
Allow all the group members to present and discuss their answers.

Group Discussion:
1.What are the words that describe Critical Thinking Skills?
2.Did you find any similarities and differences in your answers?
3.How did you feel about sharing your ideas?
4.What new insights about Critical Thinking Skills did you discover or learn?
1. With the same grouping, each group will be given 5 seconds to guess the
picture posted.
The group that gained the most number of correct answers will be
declared as the winning Team.

B. Analysis and Discussion ( 30 minutes) M
Ask the following questions to the participants:
1. How do you feel having these kind of activity? Why dou feel that way?
2. What have you noticed with the responses of the different groups? Are they
participated actively?
3. Will you apply this kind activity to your learners ? Why or Why not?
Show the power point presentation of the Strategies to Develop Critical Thinking Skills of
the Learners and proceed with the discussion.
Say: There are key learning points on understanding the Strategies to Develop Critical
Learning Skills of our Learners
Show the power point presentation of each topic
