1.Have Verbs:
 Have, has and had are known as have verbs.
 These can also be used in Present Perfect tense.
 The have verbs used in present tense are ‘have’ & ‘has’.
 The have verbs used in the past tense is ‘had’.
2.Auxiliary Verbs:
 The auxiliary verbs are used to make negative & interrogative sentence.
 The auxiliary verbs used in the present tense are ‘do’ & ‘does’.
 The auxiliary verbs used in the past tense is ‘did’.
3.Subjects:

4.Structure:
1.Present – Subject + have/has + -----------
Example:
 He has a Pen.
 I have a Pen.
2.Past – Subject + had + -----------
Example:
 She had a pen.
Positive:
 You/He have/has/had an umbrella.
Negative:
 You/He have(do + have) / has(does + have) / had(did + have) an
umbrella.
 You/He have(do + not + have) / has(does +not +have) / had(did + not+
have) an umbrella.
 You/He do not / does not / did not have an umbrella.
 You/He don’t/ doesn’t / didn’t have an umbrella.
Interrogative:
 Do/Does/Did you/he have an umbrella?
Answers:
1. Yes I/He have/has/had an umbrella.
2. No, I/He don’t / doesn’t/didn’t have an umbrella.
3. Yes I/He do/does/did.
4. No I/He don’t/ doesn’t/didn’t.
Extra information:
The word “ish” can be added at the end of adjective to describe
something with False Praise.
Example:
 He is youngish.
 The room is cleanish.
Assignment:
 The Assignment given in today’s class was about to share some words not
more than 10 sentences in next session(07.12.24,Saturday) on the topic
“My School Life” with expression.
 To practice some sentences using have verbs.
