Dear, Engineer Klint Ian Austero,

Good Mornign Sir, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you about
my recent son’s absences from your classes during the past week. Unfortunately, he fell ill
and was unable to attend due to a severe cough and cold. I apologize for any inconvenience
this may have caused.

During that time, I’ve let him focused some rest to recover. I understand the importance of
attending classes and keeping up with all his missed coursework.

I kindly request your understanding and ask for any guidance for my son on how could he
make up for his missed classes. If there are any assignments or materials or groupings. He
will assure you that he will diligently work to cover the content he missed.

Once again, I apologize for any disruption caused by his absence. And we hope for your kind
consideration.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

IVEN REY TAÑARA
