CIRCULAR

Sub: Incessant rains and adverse weather conditions – Declaration of holiday


by Govt. of Telangana and Osmania University – Reg.

As per the instructions of the Government of Telangana and Osmania University


regarding declaration of holiday for all Educational Institutions (Govt., Aided &
Private) on 02.09.2024 keeping in view the persistent rains and inclement weather
conditions.

Hence, holiday is declared for the Institute on 02nd September, 2024. This holiday
will be compensated later as per the Institute’s norms.

In view of the Orientation Program, that is scheduled for 04.09.2024, the


Organizing Committee is advised to instruct any faculty or staff members from various
committees to attend the college tomorrow to ensure the smooth conduct of the event.

All the Advisors, Directors, Associate / Assistant Directors, Heads of


Departments and In-charges of Sections, Librarian, Asst. PD, Administrative
Departments, viz., Principal’s Office, HR Department, AEC, CoE, Accounts
Department, Project Office, Directors’ Office, Purchase Department, and General &
Electrical Maintenance Departments, are advised to utilise the services of any of their
staff tomorrow to attend any emergency work as needed, which will ensure the
uninterrupted flow of administrative activities, etc.

PRINCIPAL

All Advisors, Directors, Associate / Assistant Directors, Heads of the Departments, In-charges
of Sections, CoE, Librarian, Head-HR, Asst. PD, In-charges of Staff & Students’ Transport and
PRO for information and arrange for circulation among all the staff and students under their
control.

C.C. to the Team, WBC, to upload the Circular on to the Institute’s Website immediately.
