· Authorized person’s PAN Card & Aadhar Card – Duly Signed
· ID Proof of 2 witnesses (i.e. Aadhar Card - Duly Signed)
2. GEDA Application Letter
3. Electricity Bill Copy (Latest Month’s)
4. Electricity bill payment receipt (Latest)
5. Solar Rooftop Estimate Payment Receipt
6. Chief Electrical Officer’s Approval (CEI) – with verified sign
7. CEI Drawing Approval – with verified sign
8. Drawings of the electrical installation (with Agency Signed & stamped)
9. Residence Ownership Proof
10. Authorization letter by CS
11. Proprietor Document (GST registration certificate)
12. Partnership deed or Company Memorandum
13. Meter Test Reports
14. Agency contractor license and supervisor license

7 GEDA Application Letter

8 Electricity Bill Copy (Latest Month’s) & Bill payment receipt

9 Solar Rooftop Estimate Payment Receipt

10 Chief Electrical Inspector’s Approval (CEI) – with verified sign

11 CEI Drawing Approval – with verified sign

12 Drawings of the electrical installation (with EA Signed & Stamped)

13 HT Meter, ABT Meter Test Reports & CTPT Test Reports

14 LT Meter Test Reports & relevant CTPT Test Reports

Remarks:
1 Company rubber stamp & embossed seal (Required at the time of agreement)

2 After examination of the file further requirement of documents shall be furnished as and when desired.

3 After scrutinizing the complete file, date of agreement signing will be communicated
