UI/UX Design Task Overview for Marketplace Platform

The project focuses on designing a social marketplace platform that combines user
management, marketplace functionality, and AI-powered responsiveness. The goal is to create
a seamless user experience for freelancers, businesses, and individuals interacting within the
marketplace.

Tasks:

1. Design the Home Page for both desktop and mobile versions, ensuring an intuitive and
visually appealing layout.
2. Create the User Dashboard (Admin Panel) for managing profiles, projects, and
transactions for both freelancers and companies.
3. Incorporate AI-powered recommendations and analytics to enhance user experience
and engagement.
4. Ensure responsive design for both desktop and mobile platforms, making navigation
easy across devices.

Key Objectives:

1. Home Page:
○ Visual Representation: Create an engaging, user-friendly home page that
highlights the marketplace's core offerings such as projects, job postings, and
products.
○ Call to Action (CTA): Feature prominent CTAs such as "Post a Project," "List a
Product," "Search Jobs," and "Explore Deals."
○ Personalized User Feed: Implement AI recommendations to display a
personalized feed for users based on their activity, preferences, or industry.
○ Search Functionality: Design an advanced search bar with filters that allow
users to find jobs, projects, or products easily.
○ Deals/Trending Section: Showcase trending items, featured freelancers, and
deals personalized for each user.
2. User Dashboard (Admin Panel):
○ Profile Management: Provide an interface where users can manage their
profiles, update personal info, and edit their portfolios/projects.
○ Connection/Networking Features: Include features that allow users to connect
and interact with other professionals or businesses.
○ AI-Powered Analytics: Allow users to view insights into their project
performance, job bids, and engagement through AI-driven analytics.
○ Transaction History & Earnings Management: Enable users to view earnings,
manage invoices, and track their financials.
○ Admin Control for Companies: Provide tools for businesses to manage team
members, projects, product listings, and advertising.

Test Task: Design Two Core Screens

1. Home Page Design (Desktop and Mobile):


○ Main Sections:
■ Header: Include a search bar, user profile, notifications, and quick access
to posting jobs or projects.
■ Featured Content: Display AI-powered suggestions based on user
activity (trending jobs, popular freelancers, top-selling products).
■ Search Filters: Create accessible filters based on job type, sector,
pricing, and project type.
■ CTAs: Prominent "Post a Project" and "List a Product" buttons.
■ Footer: Add links to support, social media, and subscription options.
2. Key Focus: Prioritize ease of navigation, AI-based personalized content, and easy
access to core platform features.
3. User Dashboard (Admin Panel):
○ User Profile Section: Organize personal info, portfolio, connections, reviews,
and skills in a visually clean layout.
○ Dashboard Overview: Summarize job activity, earnings, messages, and
notifications in a clear, at-a-glance format.
○ Job/Product Management: Allow users to manage their posted projects, jobs,
or products easily.
○ AI-Powered Insights: Display visual analytics for profile views, job
engagements, and earnings.
○ Team Management (For Companies): Provide options to manage team roles,
project listings, and product management.

Candidates will have 5 business days to design and submit their work based on the provided
