SUBJECT : LITTERING

Pursuant to the Executive Order No. 26 issued by then President Rodrigo Roa Duterte,
providing for the establishment of smoke-free environments in public and enclosed places, and
in the continuous efforts of the management to implement the Integrated Management System,
it is hereby strictly implemented the following:
a. Smoking is prohibited within five (5) meters from the main building entrance;
b. Smoking shall only be done in designated smoking area;
c. Smoking areas shall be at the picnic area; and
d. Cigarette, and other smoking debris shall be thrown in sand buckets found at the
picnic area.
Personnel who will be found in violation any of the above policy shall be dealt with
accordingly in accordance with existing laws, rules, and regulations.
For immediate implementation and strict compliance.
